Error Description

The 301 error appears in the application event log of the COM Transaction Integrator (COMTI). This happens when the COMTI tries to load an LU 6.2-type Remote Environment. It often appears with the errors 103 and 300. Several COMTI clients may make client requests simultaneously. The COMTI then tries to APPC transport the DLL files wappc32.dll and wincsv32.dll. These two files cause a time issue that manifests as the error. The problem can affect the Standard Edition of the Microsoft Host Integration Server 2000. It can also affect the Microsoft SNA Server and its service packs 1 2 3 and 4.
